First Steps Washtenaw

First Steps Washtenaw supports parents and families in the preparation of their children for school by providing play groups, classes. parent education, home visiting and developmental screening.

Michigan Alliance for Families

Michigan Alliance for Families provides information, support and education to families of children and adults with disabilities from birth to age 26 who are in the educational system.

National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (NOFAS)

NOFAS is dedicated to eliminating birth defects caused by alcohol consumption during pregnancy and to improving the quality of life for those affected individuals and families.

U-M Autism and Communication Disorders Center

The mission of the UMACC is to improve the lives of individuals with autistic spectrum disorders and their families through the education of current and future leaders in the field, research that enhances the understanding of causation, intervention, prevention, and course, and provision of clinical services to individuals, families and the community.

U-M Center for the Child and Family

The University Center for the Child and Family offers a comprehensive range of mental health services for children and families in the communtity.

U-M Center for the Development of Language and Literacy

The University Center for the Development of Language and Literacy (UCLL) at the University of Michigan offers intensive language and literacy evaluations and intervention services for children with language and language-related disorders.
